The Cypress Grove Chevre Truffle Tremor Cheese is cheese made from pasteurized goat milk. They then added some black truffle flakes into the mixture. However, it is different from all the other Truffle cheeses on the market in that, they managed to keep the truffle flavour very subtle. Also as the cheese ages it grows this rind on the outer edges, which gets thicker the longer the cheese ages. In the centre there is a crumbly creamy texture, which makes each bite you make into this cheese out of this world.

You have to wait until right at the end of your bite, to start to feel the kick of the subtle truffle texture in this cheese. It is perfect to pair with earthy things such as grilled mushrooms or even a risotto. If you do not want to get fancy with it, you could just enjoy the cheese grilled on a slice of toast. Oprah loves the combination of goat cheese with Italian black truffles, so much as that she compares it to being as perfect a pairing as Diana Ross and the Supremes.
